We could not be more satisfied and she was faced with practically all the handicaps there are in animal training. We had a spoiled, head strong, bright, strong, ‘for his size’ terrier, with a three year run of the household and two middle aged adults, ill and ignorant of training methods.

“Before Jeanne Carlson trained Heidi and us, she was the most obnoxious, hyperactive dog I had ever seen. She wouldn’t mind at all.
